Ambitious for all our Children
New Executive Director announced

Thank you for taking the time to find out more about joining our Social Care service.
I am delighted to announce the appointment of Ade Adetosoye OBE to lead the Council’s Social Care Services, Education, Housing, and Health as Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director of Education, Care and Health.
Ade joins Bromley from the City of London Corporation where, as Director for Community and Children`s Services, he led the transformation of public services. He was responsible for improving children’s services with a particular emphasis on safeguarding and I am pleased to report that City and Hackney Safeguarding Children’s Board has just been awarded Ofsted’s first ‘outstanding’ grading. City of London's overall ‘good’ rating also included an ‘outstanding’ rating for leadership, management and governance.
Both in his role at the City of London and previously as Children`s Social Care Director for Lambeth Council, Ade has tirelessly raised the profile of safeguarding and highlighting people’s shared responsibility in keeping children and young people safe. This is a message that we want to emulate here is Bromley as part of our strengthened Building a Better Bromley priorities.

I look forward to working with Ade both as Executive Director of ECHS and as Deputy Chief Executive as he brings to Bromley his expertise in providing outstanding services especially in safeguarding, public health and education.
